Logistics for hotels in Cancun and the Riviera Maya
A hotel opens once and is supplied every day. We bring what both of those take.
Openings, renovations and everyday supply.
For an opening, the date has been announced and won't move. Beds come from one country, the kitchen from another and the linens from a third, each with its own lead time. We build the schedule backwards from opening day so nothing arrives after the guests do.
Once the hotel is running, the problem changes: replacing things without closing rooms. What breaks, wears out or runs out has to be close by, not six weeks away.

How we work with a hotel
The schedule is built from opening day
Manufacturing, transit, customs and installation, counted backwards from the day you open.
Kits per room
In the warehouse we sort and label by room or by floor, so at the hotel it only needs installing.
Deliveries in the dock window
We book the date, the time and the vehicle your access allows with your receiving team.

Frequently asked questions
What are FF&E and OS&E?
FF&E is a hotel's furniture, fixtures and equipment: what gets installed and stays. OS&E is operating supplies and equipment: linens, tableware, amenities, utensils. They are bought separately and arrive at different points in the opening.
How far ahead should we start?
Custom furniture usually takes four to six months, counting manufacturing, ocean transit and clearance. Catalog equipment and anything coming by ground or air takes less. With your list of line items we'll tell you what to order first.
Can you deliver room by room?
Yes. Goods are received in our warehouse, built into kits per room or per floor, and enter the hotel in the order they'll be installed.
Do you work with hotels already in operation?
Yes. We handle seasonal replacements, urgent spare parts by air and recurring purchases that are stored nearby and supplied as they're requested.
