What we bring to Cancun and the Riviera Maya
If your project needs it and it isn't made here, we bring it. From structural steel to the restaurant's tableware, this is what we move most.
A container of porcelain tile or a single lamp, handled the same way.
A hotel, a tower or a clinic all go up in the same order: structure first, then what runs inside the walls, then what you see and finally what you touch. Cargo arrives in that order, and that is how we organize it.
You define the piece: the drawing, the manufacturer's sheet, the brand specification. We make sure it exists, clears customs and is at your dock the day you install it.
What we move, in the order it gets installed
Construction and structure
Steel, cement and precast; waterproofing, windows and facade systems. What arrives first and in the largest volume.
Systems and installations
Plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, technical lighting, home automation, elevators and commercial kitchens.
Finishes and surfaces
Marble, limestone and porcelain tile; wood, metalwork and custom millwork. Pieces approved with the sample in hand.
Furniture and equipment
Guest room and public area furniture, outdoor pieces that stand up to salt air, textiles, linens and operating equipment.
Decor and amenities
Art, ceramics, glassware, lamps, amenities and the pieces the interior designer chose one by one.

How each piece gets here
We start from your specification
A drawing, a spec sheet or a list of line items. If you don't have a supplier yet, we find manufacturers and bring you quotes you can compare.
The sample travels before the container
The finish, the fabric or the hardware is approved in person. Then it is manufactured, and what leaves the plant is checked against what you approved.
Several suppliers, one shipment
We consolidate purchases at origin, insure them and clear them through customs with permits checked ahead of time.
It waits in our warehouse
In Cancun, counted and inspected. Every pallet is tagged with your project and the line item it belongs to.
It enters your site when it's due
In phases, within your dock or site hours and in the vehicle the access allows.
The services that move it

Frequently asked questions
Do you only import for large projects?
No. A hotel opening, a restaurant refit and the furnishing of a single home get the same attention. One box by air or half a pallet in a consolidated load is handled as carefully as a full container.
Can you bring something that isn't on this list?
Yes. The list is what we move most, not a limit. Regulated products — food, alcoholic beverages, medical equipment, textiles, steel — need permits or registrations that we check before you buy.
Do you work with the suppliers I already have?
Yes. If you've already bought, we collect from your supplier and take it from there. If you're still quoting, we can find manufacturers and coordinate samples and inspections.
Where are the goods kept while my project moves forward?
In our warehouse in Cancun. They are received against your purchase order, tagged by project and line item, and released in phases as you ask for them.
What do you need to bring in?
Tell us what it is, where it's coming from and when. Within 24 hours you'll have route, timing and cost in writing.
