Logistics for real estate developments and private homes

A tower is fitted out floor by floor; a home, piece by piece. Either way, almost nothing that gets installed is made here.

Towers, condominiums and homes fitted out in stages.

A development buys in volume and receives in stages. The kitchens for a hundred and twenty apartments don't fit on site in one day, and shouldn't be there before there's somewhere to put them. We receive them complete, count them and release them as each floor is ready.

A private home is the opposite: few pieces, nearly all one of a kind, chosen by an architect or a designer. What matters there is that the piece arrives whole and is exactly the one that was approved.

How we work with a development

  • By tower and by floor

From the moment it arrives, every item is tagged with the tower, floor and unit it's going to.

  • The model unit comes first

What you need in order to sell travels ahead, by the fastest route, while the rest follows its schedule.

  • If the build slips, the cargo waits

It stays in our warehouse instead of getting in the way on site or running up charges at the port.

  • Narrow streets and difficult access

In Playa del Carmen and Tulum we break the load down and deliver in the vehicle the street allows.

Frequently asked questions

Can you deliver floor by floor as the build progresses?

Yes. We receive the full purchase, check it against your order and deliver by floor, by unit or by work front, following the schedule.

Do you import for a single home?

Yes. Furniture, lighting, a kitchen or artwork for one house is handled the same way: pickup from the supplier, insurance, clearance and delivery coordinated with your architect or designer.

What if the goods arrive and the site can't take them yet?

They stay in our warehouse, inventoried, for as long as needed. They leave when you ask for them.

Can you find suppliers for finishes or furniture?

Yes. We locate manufacturers, request comparable quotes and coordinate samples before the order goes into production.
