Distribution center and warehousing in Cancun and the Riviera Maya

You almost never need everything the day it lands. It stays here, counted and checked, until its turn comes.

Your goods wait here and leave when you ask for them, not when the ship comes in.

We receive what arrives and check it against what you bought. Then we release it as you need it: structural work first and finishes later, one hotel floor at a time, high season before low.

If it helps, we get it ready to use — labeled, repacked, kitted — and take it to the exact spot where it's going to be used.

How your goods move through the warehouse

  1. They arrive and get checked

We count packages, look for damage and compare against your purchase order. Anything that doesn't match is reported that day, with photos.

  2. They get a location and a record

Every pallet has a location and a stock count. You can ask for the inventory whenever you like.

  3. They get prepared if needed

Labeling, repacking, kitting by room or by store.

  4. They leave when you ask

We schedule delivery with your team: date, time window and exact unloading point.

Why store close to where it'll be used

In Cancun's hotel zone almost no hotel has room to take forty containers of furniture at once, and in Tulum many job sites don't even have a yard to manoeuvre in. The goods have to wait somewhere and come in piece by piece, at the hour the loading dock can take them.

Keeping them stored in the area means delivering floor by floor, replacing within hours what broke during installation, and not paying the shipping line detention because the container couldn't be emptied in time.

Frequently asked questions

What is a CEDIS?

It's what a distribution center is called in Mexico (centro de distribución): a building where goods are received, checked, stored on racks, prepared and sent on to where they'll be used. It's what lets you buy ahead and receive in stages; ours serves Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and the rest of the Riviera Maya.

How long can you store my goods?

As long as you need: a few days while delivery is scheduled, or months while your project moves forward. It's quoted by space used and by time.

Do you deliver in Cancun's hotel zone and in Tulum?

Yes. We deliver in Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and everywhere in between, coordinating timing and site access with your team.

What happens if goods arrive damaged or incomplete?

We record it on receipt, with photos and against your purchase order, and tell you that same day so you can claim in time from the supplier, the carrier or the insurer.

Can you kit or label?

Yes. We label, repack and build kits — by room, by store, by work front — so what reaches the site gets installed without having to be sorted there.

Can I see my inventory?

Yes. We send you the stock report whenever you ask and after every receipt or release.
