Multimodal freight to Cancun and the Riviera Maya

Before your cargo moves, you already know which way it's going, when it lands and what it costs. In writing.

Ship, plane or truck: we pick the way by what it weighs, how soon you need it and what it costs.

A shipment rarely travels just one way. It leaves the factory on a truck, crosses on a ship and sometimes finishes on a plane because the job site won't wait. We put that whole trip together and answer for it, so you're not chasing five different vendors.

If your order comes from several places, we bring it together into a single shipment. And when you ask where it is, the person who booked it is the one who answers.

What's included

  • Ocean

Full container (FCL) or shared space (LCL).

  • Air

For what's urgent or won't survive the long trip.

  • Ground

Dry van and flatbed, inside Mexico and across the border.

  • Consolidation

Several suppliers, one shipment, one set of paperwork.

  • Tracking

You know where your cargo is without asking twice.

How we move a shipment

  1. You tell us what it is and when you need it

With weight, volume, origin and your deadline we put together two or three possible routes.

  2. You pick a route with the cost in plain sight

Each option comes with its transit time and its full price: freight, handling, clearance and delivery. You choose knowing what you gain and what you give up.

  3. We collect and consolidate

We pick the cargo up from your supplier. If you buy from several, we bring it together at origin so it travels and clears as one shipment.

  4. It travels, clears and arrives

You hear from us at every handover: departure, arrival, clearance and delivery at your warehouse, job site or hotel.

How cargo gets into Cancun

Quintana Roo has no deep-water container port. Cargo from Asia usually lands at Manzanillo or Lázaro Cárdenas and crosses the country by truck; cargo from Europe and the US East Coast comes in through Veracruz, Altamira or Progreso, about 300 kilometres from Cancun. Puerto Morelos, half an hour from the city, is the state's cargo port and works for smaller regional shipments.

By air, Cancun's airport has its own cargo terminal and customs office. It's the way in for urgent spare parts, perishables and anything that can't wait three weeks on a ship.

Choosing among those gateways changes the cost and the arrival date more than any other decision. That's why we settle the route before quoting the freight, not after.

When each mode makes sense

  • Ocean

Furniture for a hotel, finishes for a tower, kitchen equipment: volume you plan weeks ahead. A full container if you fill it; shared space if you don't.

  • Air

The spare part that has an elevator stopped, the tableware that didn't make it for opening night, fresh product. It costs more per kilo and arrives in days.

  • Ground

What's made in Mexico or crosses at Nuevo Laredo. Dry van for general cargo; flatbed for steel, machinery and oversized pieces.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a shipment take to reach Cancun?

It depends on origin and mode. As a door-to-door reference: 30 to 45 days by sea from Asia, 20 to 30 from Europe, 7 to 12 by ground from the United States, 2 to 4 from central Mexico and 3 to 7 by air. With your exact origin we give you the estimated date in writing.

What's the difference between FCL and LCL?

FCL is a full container for your cargo alone; LCL is shared space in a container with other shippers' goods. LCL makes sense below roughly 13 to 15 cubic metres; above that, a full container usually costs less and the cargo is handled fewer times.

Do you pick the goods up from my supplier?

Yes. The service is door to door: pickup at your supplier's factory or warehouse, main transport, customs clearance and delivery where you'll use it.

Can you combine purchases from several suppliers?

Yes. We consolidate at origin: each supplier's cargo is received at one warehouse, checked and shipped together. You pay one freight and one clearance instead of several.

How do I know where my cargo is?

You hear from us at every stage — pickup, departure, arrival, clearance and delivery — and when you ask, the person handling your shipment answers, not a call centre.
