Logistics for clinics and hospitals in Cancun and the Riviera Maya
A machine held at customs is an operating room that doesn't open. Here the permit is checked before you buy.
Medical equipment and clinical furniture, with permits checked before you buy.
In healthcare, cargo is expensive, delicate and regulated. Diagnostic equipment can't be replaced in a week, and many medical devices can't enter Mexico without a sanitary registration. That is why the permit review comes before the freight quote.
We handle the fit-out of a new clinic, a hospital expansion, or the spare part that has a machine standing idle.

How we work with healthcare
The permit comes first
We check which sanitary registration or import permit the product needs before you pay for it.
Insured for what it's worth
Carrier liability is calculated by weight. Medical equipment travels insured for its real value.
Air freight for what's urgent
Cancun's airport has customs and a cargo terminal: a spare part can be here in days.
Delivery coordinated with the installer
We agree the date and access with your engineering team and the supplier commissioning the equipment.

Frequently asked questions
Which permits does medical equipment need to be imported into Mexico?
It depends on the product. Many medical devices require a sanitary registration, and some an import permit from the health authority. We review your product and tell you what it has and what it's missing before it ships.
Can you bring in an urgent spare part?
Yes. By air, cleared at the Cancun airport customs office and delivered the same day it's released when the timing allows.
Do you insure the equipment in transit?
Yes. Insurance is arranged together with the freight and covers the equipment from the origin warehouse through delivery.
Do you deliver inside the hospital?
We deliver to the dock or entrance the hospital indicates, at the time agreed with its team.
